Once a clog is established, rinsing with water often isn’t enough to clear it. What’s more, trying to clear it with force is likely to damage the machine or expose the operator to safety risks. Frustrated customers have even resorted to buying replacement nozzles for relatively new machines. At EnviroPro Solutions, we hated seeing our customers go through this experience. We started looking for a better way.

Keep every machine running like clockwork
Whether an operation has one sprayer or 20, keeping every nozzle tip working is easy with Nozzle Clear. Not only does it break up clogs, but it also prevents them from forming in the first place.
Here’s how it works:
- To clear a spray nozzle tip that is already clogged:
- Completely submerge the nozzle in undiluted Nozzle Clear.
- Let nozzle soak over-night.
- To prevent spray nozzle tip clogs from forming, after every sprayer use:
- Dilute Nozzle Clear at a ratio of 2 oz. per gallon of fresh water.
- Fill sprayer tank with solution.
- Run solution through sprayer for one minute.
- Drain remaining solution from tank and store for subsequent use.
And that is all there is to it. No additional rinsing, no complicated prep or storage requirements.
