Items shipped from EnviroProSolutions may be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment provided the packaging is unopened and the product is unused. A 25% of the retail value restocking fee will apply to all returns. A return goods authorization number is required prior to the return for a refund. You may obtain a return goods authorization number and return address by calling customer service at 763-296-4449. Return shipping charges and restocking fee are the responsibility of the customer.
